Abstract

With the goal of consolidating CIPDs mission, the plan of activities invests in four major areas: research, internationalization, internal organization, and community services. Research 1. Foster more pioneering basic and applied research initiatives in the field of Psychology 2. Actively involve undergraduate and postgraduate students in research projects, enhancing their academic journey from initial studies through to master's dissertations and doctoral theses. 3. Enhance the accessibility and transparency of research outputs by prioritizing publications in Open Access journals and repositories (Green Open Access). 4. Prioritize the dissemination of excellent research through publications in peer-reviewed international journals. 5. Expand researchers' engagement in leading national and international projects and professional networks to foster collaborative opportunities. 6. Broaden the dissemination of scientific knowledge by organizing and hosting impactful scientific events. Internationalization 1. Solidify CIPD’s role within global research and development networks through strategic partnerships and collaborations. 2. Facilitate researchers' active participation in international meetings to cultivate valuable international partnerships. 3. Expand mobility programs for researchers and students with foreign institutions to enrich research experiences and educational outcomes. 4. Strategically enhance efforts to secure funding from national and international sources for projects. 5. Amplify external and international consultancy services to leverage insights on global networks and partnership opportunities. 6. Promote specialized training for researchers in navigating competitive international funding and bidding processes. Internal Organization 1. Implement transparent and efficient information dissemination procedures across CIPD to ensure all members are well-informed. 2. Enhance member engagement and collaboration within CIPD through structured opportunities for sharing and reflection. 3. Develop advanced training programs to equip researchers with cutting-edge skills and knowledge. 4. Optimize teaching assignments and workloads to accommodate dissertation and thesis supervision, aiming to boost scientific output. 5. Revamp and energize the CIPD website to enhance its role as a key information hub and showcase for research achievements. Community Services and Knowledge Transfer 1. Offer advanced training courses directly linked to cutting-edge research findings to foster professional development. 2. Secure contracts for research, training, supervision, and consultancy services that align with CIPD’s expertise and community needs, fostering societal impact and innovation.
