Abstract

RESONANCE aims to rethink the documentation and memorialisation of historical performance-based works (theatre, experimental music, dance, or performance art), particularly focused on the affective dimensions of their production and commemoration. These dimensions have so far been absent from conservation and heritage studies scholarship. From Portuguese context, this project will rethink those terms in epistemologies, methodologies, and policy.
